Delete your Tradely account

Tradely is operated by CarrollMedia, LLC. This page is how you ask us to delete your account. You can start the request in the app, or by email if you cannot sign in.

Steps

1. Open Tradely and sign in.
2. Tap your initials in the top right, then tap My Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. You are signed out. We email you when the login is closed.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and the email address on the account.

What we delete

When we complete the request, we delete:

• Your login: name, email address, and password
• The device tokens that send notifications to your phone

Nothing is deleted at the moment you tap the button. A person at CarrollMedia, LLC completes it.

What we keep, and for how long

• Leads, quotes, photos, contracts, and customer records stay with the business workspace. Closing your login does not delete the business's work. Those records stay for the life of the workspace.
• If you own the workspace and want it closed too, say so in the request. We confirm that with you before any of those records are removed.
• After a workspace is closed, its data is available to export for 30 days. After that it may be deleted. You can ask for that to happen sooner in the same request.
• We keep the deletion request itself so we can show it was received.
